One of the first models we made, back in 2021, this is an updated version of that low-slung, flat roofed house, and is reminiscent of some of the beautiful Palm Springs area homes. Complete with breeze blocks, native succulents, and bright, saturated colors of the period. Hand painted with exterior grade paint and coated with a clear coat, for a longer lifespan.
 
This functional birdhouse also features a cleanout port on the back, for ease of re-use, when the next tenant is ready to move in.
