RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We do our best to provide you the best product we can, but sometimes things get wonky. Generally, if an item is damaged in shipping, we'll be glad to replace it for you, if returned within 21 days of purchase. For all other concerns, please contact us and we'll do our best to remedy the situation.

 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Cancellations: not accepted on custom pieces or after an item has been shipped.​​

SHIPPING

Shipping times may vary, based on location and season. Holidays are, of course, much busier and unpredictable. All items shipped from California. Please allow 3-5 days for orders to be processed. If you need a quicker turnaround, please email us and we'll let you know what we can do!
