The Rancho Vista, with it's low-slung roofline and minimalist front elevation, was inspired by houses we've seen in both SoCal and NorCal and, like our Double A-Frame Cooper model, incorporates a "carport," which doubles as a place for birds to hangout in inclement weather. (since their cars are usually in the shop)  
 
This functional birdhouse also features a cleanout port on the back, for ease of re-use, when the next tenant is ready to move in.
